Let’s face it—gyms aren’t the one-size-fits-all solution we sometimes think they are.
While many of us thrive in that environment, others find their joy in different ways. Whether it’s going for a walk in the park, playing a team sport, or hitting the leisure centre for a swim, physical activity can take many forms. 🚶♂️⚽🏊♀️

As professionals it's easy for us to get caught up in gym membership sales, but we must remember that our ultimate goal is to get people moving, however that looks for them.
Not everyone wants to lift weights or run on a treadmill, and that’s okay! The key is community engagement—connecting with people where they’re at and inspiring movement that feels right for them.
By broadening our focus beyond gym walls, we open the door to a healthier, more active community. Let’s shift the narrative from “How do we sell more memberships?” to “How do we engage more people in movement?”
After all, movement is movement, and every step counts! 🚶♀️🚴♂️🏸
How are you engaging your community?
